My husband has a major problem walking and on our recent trip to Caesars Atlantic City, he could walk only a few feet before he would have to sit down. My daughter and I decided that enough was enough and we would see about renting a scooter for him. We went to the hotel desk and the clerk dialed Mobility on Wheels for us. My daughter talked to a very nice man and then handed the phone to me. I completed the call and was told where to meet Jerald who would deliver the scooter. When he arrived I took him to my husband and he showed my husband how to run the scooter, etc. He was very nice and extremely helpful and we would like to commend him on his customer service. The end result was that my husband really enjoyed himself now that he could get around easily. We even walked to Resorts and back from Caesars. I should say my daughter and I walked. He "scooted". Thank you for offering such great and friendly service. We will definitely call you again the next time we are in Atlantic City.
My family was vacationing in Atlantic City for the New Year's holiday when my son's charger for his power wheelchair stopped working. I spoke with Melissa who was very friendly and extremely helpful. I normally rent two scooters at time from Mobility on Wheels in Atlantic City. Usually, I speak with Melody or Melissa, they are both are polite, have pleasant voices and they are professional. On 10/4/14, I had a situation that was quite alarming; I rented two scooters, we drove over to the outlet area to shop. We parked the scooters and went inside the store to shop. When we left the store to get on our scooters my sister’s scooter was gone, stolen. I immediately called the office and spoke with Melissa and explained the situation. Melissa in a calm and reassuring voice assured me they would find the scooter and return the scooter at the location to my sister. In the meantime, my sister and I stopped anyone and everybody who had a scooter to check the rental number to be sure it was not her scooter. Within an hour I received a call from Mike at Mobility that my sister’s scooter had been located and the thief had been incarcerated. We were both ecstatic and thankful that our prayers had been answered and the scooter was found and intact. Mike brought the stolen scooter back to us at the original location. As a result of the quick professional service provided by Mike my sister and I were able to continue enjoying our day and riding our scooters as originally planned. “Hat’s off to Melissa & Mike and the staff at Mobility on Wheels for a job well done!” In the meantime, I am continuously stopped by people who ask how they can rent this scooter. I tell them Mobility will bring the scooter to wherever you are, they are reliable and they will take care of you, then I give them a card and mentioned that in my opinion Mobility on Wheels is the BEST place to rent a scooter. The service provided is impeccable! Without a doubt I will continue to rent scooters from Mobility on Wheels
Since mobility is a problem I decided to rent a scooter. The fellow that delivered it was courteous and very professional in explaining how to operate the vehicle.He answered any questions I had and dint leave until I was comfortable with how to operate the vehicle.Your company was so helpful that it has enabled us to visit the casino more often.Keep up the good work and we will see you again soon.
